| | | Franchise Training: Is It Really Worth the Trip? Jan 15, 2006 | |
| |
Franchise training will vary from one company to another. In most cases your franchise training will consist of a two week session at corporate headquarters. This initial two week training focuses on all aspects of running the business and performing operations.
Your initial training will focus on both business and product training is likely to be intensive. If you have an upper level employee that you plan to have as second in command you will likely want to bring them for training also.
It's an intensive 2 weeks. During this period you'll meet other franchisees who can provide you with a strong support network.
In all I feel it really prepared those in my family that attended this training very well. Since I joined the team once things were established, my training came on the job from my family.
